TC-06 Thermal Diffusivity Tester
Introduction
This thermal conductivity tester measures the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and hot-melt of different materials by using heat flow method. Refer to standard MIL-I-49456A The thermal conductivity of thin solid electric insulation heat transfer performance testing standards, ASTMD5470-06, ISO12987-2000 YS/T63.3-2006, for testing the thermal conductivity of metal, composite material, carbon materials, graphite sheet, thermal silicone grease etc.
The instrument consists of the upper probe and its power adjustment system, the lower probe and its constant temperature system, the sample hot and cold surface test system, etc.

Main technical parameters:
1, Sample size: diameter 50, thickness 0-50mm
2, Thermal conductivity range: 2.0–200W/m.K, repeatability: ≤5%, reproducibility: ≤5%.
3, Upper probe: built-in heater, with Pt100 platinum resistance thermometer control its temperature at 60±0.1℃
4, Measuring head temperature control accuracy: ±0.1℃;
5, Upper probe display accuracy: ±0.01℃;
6, Lower probe accuracy: 0.001mV, using thermo heap method, the data is more accurate than a single sensor, more stable, more in line with the measurement of heterogeneous materials;
7, Thermostat: external water bath. The temperature of cooling water is controlled at 20±0.5℃.
8, Temperature measurement system: using differential thermo heap or Pt100 platinum resistance thermometer measurement sample cold and hot surface temperature difference, accurate to ±0.1.
9, Measurement time 5 ~ 20 minutes;
10. Can be equipped with automatic preloading and manual preloading, constant pressure on the style contact surface.
11,Automatic thermal analysis and testing software is used to quickly and accurately analyze the parameters of the sample test process and output the report.
12, Environment temperature requirements: 10℃-25℃;
13. Power supply: AC220V/50Hz, power is not greater than 1.5KW
