Description
DRH-II-300 Automatic Thermal Conductivity Apparatus
Introduction
The instrument is based on the principle of unidirectional stable heat conduction. When the upper and lower sides of the sample are at different stable temperatures, the heat flow through the effective heat transfer area of the sample and the temperature difference and thickness between the two surfaces of the sample are measured to calculate the thermal conductivity. It meets the high precision test requirements of material testing research department for thermal conductivity of materials. Mainly test plastic, glass, fiber, foam, insulation materials, etc. Widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research units, quality inspection departments and production plant material analysis and testing.
Instrument reference standard:
GB/10294-2008 (Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related properties of thermal insulation materials protective hot plate method);
GB/T3399-1982 (test method for thermal conductivity of plastics, heat shield plate method);
GB/T3139-2005 (test method for thermal conductivity of fiber reinforced plastics) (test method for thermal conductivity of glass fiber reinforced plastics).
GB/T10801.1-2002 (polystyrene foam for thermal insulation) requirements for measurement of thermal conductivity of polyurethane rigid foam materials;
GB/T10801.2-2002 (Extruded polystyrene foams for thermal insulation (XPS)) – Requirements for measurement of thermal conductivity of extruded polystyrene foams;
GB/T3139-2005 (Test method for thermal conductivity of fiber reinforced plastics);
GB/T 17794-2008 (flexible foam rubber insulation products) requirements for the measurement of thermal conductivity.
Performance characteristics:
1, automatic thickness measurement: the use of high-precision displacement sensor measurement, and connected to the computer automatic thickness measurement, reduce human error.
2, automatic pressure system: computer automatic pressure, can test the thermal conductivity under different pressures, more scientific than manual pressure, more data, better repeatability.
3, the use of double flat detection, higher accuracy.
Main technical indicators:
1, thermal conductivity range: 0.001 ~ 3.000W/mk;
2, test accuracy: ± 3%;
3, sample size: double specimen 300×300×(10-50)mm; Flatness: < 0.05 mm.
4, hot surface temperature range: room temperature ~ 100℃, temperature resolution 0.01℃, measurement accuracy: 0.05℃;
5, cold surface temperature range: 0 ~ 60℃, temperature resolution 0.01℃;
