6.Performance principle and structure characteristics
1) Structural composition: a main measurement and control host is connected with mixer, single screw extruder and twin-screw extruder independently under different requirements to form two modes of mixing rheometer and extrusion rheometer, which can be identified by program.
ZJL series torque rheometer can be equipped with automatic weighing unit, diameter measuring unit, three roll calendering, screw extruder, film blowing machine, strip sample calendering and traction unit and film quality test unit as required, in addition to the main machine, extruder, mixer and computer.
More testing can be done with these units.

2) System software

The length diameter ratio of the screw of the plastic extruder is 25:1. Granular and powder screws with different compression ratios can be selected to carry out simulation experiments of different processes with capillary extrusion die, cylindrical extrusion die, pipe extrusion die, wire coating die, etc.The relationship between apparent viscosity, shear rate and shear stress can be measured by capillary extrusion die.
