DC Low Resistance Tester

Breve introduzione

AT51xx series are brand new design wide range and multi-channel resistance meter with high accuracy, which can scan and test multi- channel of resistance and can set a comparator for each channel. AT51xx series adopt high performance ARM micro processor control. The true-color 3.5 inches LCD can display multi channels of resistance simultaneously. Resistance range 1μΩ~30KΩ and max display result 30,000 cifre. Its temperature compensation function can adapt different testing requirements. It can be applied to automation equipment. RS232C and Handler interface output 8/10/20/30 channels so as to improve the testing ability of production automation.
