Introduction to the instrument:

The internal pressure resistance tester for glass bottles is developed and produced according to the national standard GB/T4546-2008 internal pressure test method for glass containers. Comply with the international standard ISO7458-2004.

检测方法:

方法A: Apply a uniform internal pressure test within a predetermined period of time, and the bottle is qualified if it is not broken for 60 秒. And incremental experiments that gradually increase the pressure.

Method B: Increase the internal pressure according to the predetermined constant speed test, Pr=1.38P60+0.1783, increase the pressure to Pr, no pressure retention, pressure immediately relief, the bottle does not break is qualified! When the sample bottle is broken midway, the peak of the maximum destructive force of the bottle is recorded.

Usage: Mainly used for glass bottles, glass infusion bottles.
