Overview and safety considerations:
Coating rapid dispersion testing machine (commonly known as “fast hand”) is used for fast and efficient shock dispersion of materials in coating, dye, ink and other laboratories, and can carry out comparative dispersion test of a variety of materials at the same time.
KS-370 coating rapid dispersion testing machine has two forms of column type and floor type, and has two configurations of can and bottle configuration, providing customers with a variety of choices. The column type is more convenient to take and place materials, and the floor type is more stable. The clamping can configuration can hold a variety of material cans provided by the user (no more than 2.5L on each side, a total of 5L on two sides), and the clamping bottle configuration has a small glass bottle clamp (4 on each side, a total of eight on two sides). The random supply of small glass bottles is about 195mL each.
The coating rapid dispersion testing machine is used in the chemical testing process, and the user should establish appropriate safety and health protection measures and determine the rules and regulations according to the relevant safety regulations before use. Precautions for use:
1, the new machine after 100 giờ, please replace the crankcase oil. After daily use, only need to check the addition in time. Lubricating oil brand: Great Wall brand hot setting machine lubricating oil 4402-1.
2, the total mass of the clamping material tank (or bottle) should not exceed 5 Kilôgam, so as not to shorten the service life of the machine.
3, please do a good job of cleaning and maintenance of the gripper guide rod and screw in time to avoid rust or residual foreign matter caused by clamping difficulties.
