Detection method:

Check the air tightness and working condition of the testing device.Set the inhalation speed and exhalation speed to the required standard speed.According to GB/T 32610-2016, the expiratory speed and inspiratory speed should be set to 85L/min.The expiratory speed was set to 160L/min and the inspiratory speed was set to 30L/min and 95Lmin according to standard BSEN149.

Take appropriate measures (such as use of sealants) and wear the tested sample in an airtight manner on the matching test head mold. Ensure that the mask is worn in the correct position and that the fixing method does not affect the effective ventilation area of the filter element or deform the mask.Press the test button and the instrument will automatically start the test and measure the inspiratory resistance and expiratory resistance at the same time. The test will take about 10~20s.
