In order to better meet the development needs of charger testing, our company has developed a new generation of CH8716F (voltage 120V/current 30A power 3000W)/CH9716F (voltage 150V/current 30A/power 300W) charger tester after integrating the research and development experience of charger testing instruments for many years and comprehensive feedback from users. The series of instruments adopt high-performance ARM processor and have a Chinese-language interface. It provides user with humanized operation environment. Now it has been widely used in many large charger manufacturers.

The advantages over the previous generation are:

Test requirements:
The following parameters of the charger can be obtained by one measurement sequence and can be distinguished according to the upper and lower limits.
1)Floating Charging Voltage 2) Turn-lamp Current
2)Maximum Protective Current 4) Maximum Charging Voltage
The instrument is tested by fully real simulation of the actual charging situation. When testing the switching lamp current, the current will automatically descend to find the switching lamp current point according to the set starting point and end point of the current. When testing the maximum current, the switching lamp current point can be automatically ascended by setting the starting point and end point of the current or the highest point of the current can be obtained by constant voltage mode. It only takes 3-4 seconds to complete the whole sequence test.
In the1, 2, 3, 4 steps of measurement, the discriminant results show that when one step is qualified, the buzzer whistles; when all four steps are qualified, the overall discriminant result “ПРОХОДИТЬ” is given; as long as one step of measurement is not qualified, the overall discriminant result is “FAIL”, and the buzzer whistles long.
Other test functions:
Constant Voltage CV, Constant Current CC, Constant Resistance CR, Constant Power CP, Short Circuit (КОРОТКИЙ), Basic Test Functions 2. Battery discharge function, which can test battery discharge time and total battery capacity 3. Mixed List Test Function, which can combine several basic test modes and judge the test results. 4.
