Rinse with water after drying; After the specified cycle, the reduction rate of the coating reflection coefficient is measured to indicate the stain resistance of the coating. The test method is suitable for white and light colored coatings. The flushing device is designed and manufactured for the flushing process of the test cycle, with high degree of automation, simple installation and operation.

Installation instructions:
Flush box installation:
1, the washing box should be installed against the wall and has access to water above the square bucket.
2. The template frame is placed at the bottom of the square bucket.
3. Take the bottom surface of the water bucket as the basis to the upper part to 2048, which is the installation base surface of the flushing water tank support (the bottom surface of the flushing water tank). Fix the flush water tank support on the wall above the water bucket with expansion bolts.
4. Fix the flushing water tank on the support (adjust its front and rear position relative to the water bucket) and cover the flushing water tank cover.
5. Connect the upper and lower flushing water pipes with straight pipe joints at the beginning, and then screw into the electromagnetic valve outlet at the lower part of the flushing water tank.
6. Connect the water inlet on the side of the flushing tank with the water source (by the user’s own pipe).
7. The overflow port on the other side of the flushing tank (used to prevent the overflow when the electric control box fails) and the discharge ball valve outlet at the bottom can be selected by the user.

Flushing device use method:
This machine is used in the chemical product test process, the user should establish appropriate safety and health protection measures and determine the rules and regulations according to the relevant safety regulations before use. Safety issues related to contact with chemical raw materials shall be established by the user and are not within the scope of this specification.
1, open the water source switch, the water tank automatically water. When the preset water level (15 eu) is reached, the white “Ready” indicator lights up, indicating that the flushing operation is ready.
2. Place the template to be tested prepared according to the standard on the template frame at the bottom of the water bucket and face the outlet of the flushing pipe. Press “A” button to flush, green work indicator light, and start flushing; When washing, the template should be moved appropriately according to the standard requirements; To the preset flushing time (60 segundos), the flushing automatically stops, and the secondary flushing operation is completed. When the liquid level is lower than the preset water level, the water automatically enters. If you need to stop during the process, press “B” to stop.
3. After the completion of the last flush operation, the water source valve can be closed, the sewage valve can be opened, and the box can be emptied.

Precautions for use:
1, in the first use, should wait for the white “ready” light can be flushed.
2, after the work, please cut off the power supply and close the water valve. Water inlet cut-off ball valve must be installed on the user’s water inlet pipe.
3, if the washing water contains more impurities, please add a filter device on the water inlet pipe, so as not to cause the blockage of the solenoid valve. After the flushing tank has been used for a period of time, please open the drain ball valve at the bottom of the flushing tank to discharge the impurities deposited at the bottom of the flushing tank.
