Category:

Description

I. Application:

The fire hose burst tester is widely used in production plants, product quality inspection institutes, research institutes, and other institutions for production inspection and development research of various fire protection products. This tester uses a gas-liquid booster pump as its power source and is computer-controlled. It provides stable pressure and accurate burst pressure measurement. The reference standard is GB6246-2011, “Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Lined Fire Hose.” Computer control allows precise control of parameters such as the pressure increase rate and pressure hold time, ensuring test accuracy and reliability.

II. Equipment Features

1. Pressure Test Range: 0-15 MPa. The pressure can be selected based on actual customer needs.
2. An imported three-piston high-pressure pump is used as the system power source.
3. A variable frequency system is equipped to control the test pressure and pressure increase rate.

III. Technical Parameters

1. Booster System: Equipped with an imported three-piston booster pump. 2. Clamping System: Equipped with an automatic hydraulic clamping fixture, it facilitates disassembly of the test piece.
3. Burst Pressure Test Range: 0-15 MPa
4. Working Medium: Water.
5. Frequency Conversion Control Technology: Controls the pressure increase rate and allows for staged pressure testing.
