I. Product Description:

The Automotive Seat Belt Webbing Abrasion Resistance Tester is suitable for testing the abrasion resistance of various webbings and seat belts. The test principle involves rubbing the webbing back and forth between two corners of a hexagonal rod a certain number of times. The degree of wear is then observed to determine product quality.

The equipment is designed in accordance with ASTM D6770 and GB14166-2013, “Seat Belts and Restraint Systems for Adult Occupants in Motor Vehicles,” for abrasion resistance testing of automotive webbing.
