GA-S101 Cross-cut Scratch Tester (Standard Version)

Test Principle:

Primarily represented by GM GMW14688 and Volkswagen PV3952, this test uses a metal doctor needle of a certain diameter (generally 0.5mm or 1mm) to scratch two sets of parallel, perpendicular scratches on the surface of a workpiece with a force of 5-15N. The color difference or blackness change of the scratched area before and after scratching is then measured.

Technical Features:

1. Two scratching speeds and two scratching lengths can be combined as required.
2. Nine preset cross-shaped scratches, conforming to most commonly used standards.
3. One freely programmable cross-shaped scratching mode to adapt to special needs.

5. Indication is displayed when the scratch penetrates the insulating layer to the metal substrate.
6. Rapid clamping device with a wide clamping range.
