Testable Items:

· Starter switch pull-in test (pull-in voltage, pull-in current);
· Starter switch release test (release voltage, release current);
· No-load test (no-load speed, no-load current; dedicated sensor provided for horizontal models);
· Load test (starter voltage, current, speed, and torque at a set load point);
· Braking test (braking voltage, current, and torque);
· Power-off test (disconnecting the switch circuit while braking to determine if the starter switch contacts are sticking);
· Running test (performing a no-load test after the braking test);
· Overspeed test (increasing the starter voltage to test starter performance under overspeed conditions);
The above test items can be combined in any manner.
