I. Product Overview:
This machine conforms to the standards: GB/T 3960-2016 Standard Test Method for Sliding Friction and Wear of Plastics, GB/T 9141.8-1999 Test Method for Sliding Friction Coefficient of Flexible Graphite Sheets. It is suitable for testing the sliding friction and wear performance of plastic products, rubber products, graphite sheets, or other composite materials. It can also measure the friction force, friction coefficient, and wear amount of the test samples.
This machine uses a high-precision torque sensor and a 16-bit single-chip microcomputer electronic processing system, resulting in very high accuracy for all test indicators. Due to its high degree of integration, the equipment itself has good stability. This machine features one-time setting, fully automatic operation, automatic shutdown after the experiment, and detection of wear degree.
