USE

Differential pressure method gas permeability instrument based on the test principle of differential pressure method, is a professional gas permeability tester for film samples, suitable for plastic film, composite film high barrier material, sheet, metal foil at various temperatures of gas permeability and gas permeability coefficient measurement.

Differential Pressure Gas Permeator 

Test principle

The instrument adopts the principle of differential pressure test. The pre-treated sample is placed between the upper and lower test chambers and clamped tightly. Firstly, the low pressure chamber (lower chamber) is vacuumized, and then the whole system is vacuumized. When the specified vacuum degree is reached, the lower chamber of the test is closed, the high pressure chamber (upper chamber) is filled with a certain pressure test gas, and ensure that a constant pressure difference (adjustable) is formed on both sides of the sample; In this way, the gas will penetrate from the high pressure side to the low pressure side under the action of the pressure difference gradient. Through the monitoring and processing of the pressure inside the low pressure side, the barrier parameters of the tested samples can be obtained.
