The structure principle:
This instrument is a bench manual, which is divided into four parts.
1, the main transmission part is composed of handwheel, sprocket, helical helical gear, in the rotation of the handwheel when the table moves left and right, while the needle is drawing a circle.
2, the painting head part is composed of the following two components. a) Double-headed screws are used to adjust the upper and lower parts of the machine head. b) The sliding dovetail and screws can drive the lower dovetail plate connected with the hand drawing needle to adjust the drawing diameter.
3, the part of the table is equipped with a lifting half nut and the lead screw connection to drive the table to move back and forth, the work table has four nuts and two pressure plates to press the test piece.
4. The base part is used to support the workbench and the tracing.

Maintenance, storage and transportation:
1, the sliding part should be often coated with oil (No. 20 oil and Vaseline) to prevent rust.
2, before the measurement work, the oil hole and guide rail of the instrument should be lubricated and used horizontally.
3, when moving the table, be careful of colliding with the steel needle.
4, steel needle like 5 times to be replaced.
5, the test hour must Pierce the bottom of the coating film, to the drawing of the graph exposed to the board shall prevail.
6. This instrument is not suitable for wood or plastic samples.
