Description
ASTM-D5865 microcomputer automatic calorimeter Oil calorific value tester
1. Scope of application
The microcomputer fully automatic calorimeter is mainly composed of a constant temperature barrel calorimeter and a microcomputer. It is an automatic heat test instrument controlled by computer software and capable of processing its data. The instrument has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, simple operation, reliable use and exquisite appearance. It is mainly used in coal, electricity, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, geology, quality inspection, environmental protection, cement, papermaking, geological exploration, scientific research in colleges and universities and other industries to measure the calorific value of combustibles such as coal, coke, petroleum, food, and wood. It complies with the national standards GB/T213-2008 “Method for determination of calorific value of coal” and GB/T384 “Method for determination of calorific value of petroleum products”, JC/T1005-2006 “Method for determination of calorific value of cement black raw meal”, ASTM-D5865-2010 “Test method for total calorific value of coal and coke”, GB/T 14402-2007 “Determination of combustion performance and calorific value of building materials and products”, GB/T30727-2014 “Method for determination of calorific value of solid biomass fuel”, ISO 1928-2009 “Solid mineral fuel-determination of total value and calculation of net calorific value by bomb calorimeter” requirements.

2.Performance characteristics
1. The oxygen bomb automatically rises and falls, and automatically fills with oxygen. Easy to operate. Reasonable structure, low failure rate.
2. The whole process is simple to operate. After the test is completed, there is no need to drain water and directly cool it to wait for the next experiment to start.
3. The electronic refrigeration water circulation system and heating process are adopted. The balanced circulating water system automatically keeps the water temperature relatively constant, and there is no need to manually adjust the water temperature. Reduce the impact of the environment on the test results, make the test results more accurate, and can work continuously for a long time.
4. Stainless steel vacuum inner cylinder. The stirring system uses an imported motor from abroad.
5. The test speed is fast, and the test cycle is ≤8min (fast method) ≤15min (national standard GB/T213-2008).
6. The use of heat insulation materials greatly isolates the influence of the external environment, and the instrument has stronger anti-interference ability.
7. The product has good performance and reliability even when operating in harsh environments.
8. Compact structure, beautiful appearance, easy installation and maintenance, and low failure rate.
9. Small size, a large number of molds are used for manufacturing, and the precision is high.
10. The repeatability and reproducibility of the calorific value test are better than the requirements of the national standard GB/T212-2008.
11. High degree of automation, automatic control of the water volume in the inner barrel, automatic control of the temperature difference between the inner and outer barrels of the instrument, and automatic completion of the entire test process.
12. Adopting WindowsXP operating system, one machine with multiple controls is realized, and the tests between them do not affect each other, and the software operation stability is high.
13. Rich data processing functions, users can easily query historical test data, data of the day, parallel sample data, etc.
