The 10kHz data acquisition rate enables 10,000 spray particle size measurements per second to dynamically capture particle size distribution at 0.1 millisecond intervals

Introduct

The size and control of spray particles determine the final quality of many products, such as drug delivery during inhalation drug delivery, fuel spray, aerosol, fuel combustion efficiency assessment during rocket launch, energy chemical industry and nozzle research, and many other applications. Due to the high-speed movement of spray particles, wide particle size range and irregular fog field, the spray particle size analysis system is required to have high adaptability and high speed diffraction signal processing ability.
