Its cooling rate is several times faster than that of ordinary freezers, reaching temperatures as low as -40°C. It offers simple operation and high efficiency.

Functional Description:

1. The instrument features dual-acting bending rollers with diameters of 20mm, 30mm, and 50mm for testing, and can measure the low-temperature flexibility of asphalt waterproofing membranes with thicknesses of 3, 4, and 5mm.
2. Digital display of test temperature and time.
3. Upper and lower travel limits, with a trip protection in the event of a transmission failure, preventing damage to the transmission mechanism.
4. The test settings automatically control temperature, temps, and a timer alarm.

Application:

This tester is a new product developed by our company in accordance with the requirements for low-temperature flexibility test equipment in the National Standard of the People’s Republic of China, GB/T328.14-2007, Test Methods for Building Waterproofing Membranes, Partie 14: Asphalt Membranes—Low-Temperature Flexibility. The instrument’s main unit is constructed entirely of 304 acier inoxydable, powered by a permanent magnet low-speed motor. The dual-action, parallel arrangement of eight parallel actuators allows for simultaneous testing of five specimens on both the front and back sides. The controller incorporates an intelligent temperature controller, a digital time relay, and related components. The controller and main unit are connected using aviation plugs, a simple, pratique, and safe connection method that effectively conserves instrument space.
