Product Description
Fully automated nitrogen concentrators are used in a wide range of analytical tasks, especially in environmental pollutant and food safety analysis. To obtain trace amounts of target components, samples must be pretreated. This process primarily involves sample extraction, concentration, cleanup, and reconcentration. Rapid and lossless concentration is crucial. Commonly used devices for this concentration process include rotary evaporators, K-D concentrators, and nitrogen purge systems (referred to as nitrogen purge systems). Nitrogen purge systems are simple and require no specialized equipment design, making them particularly suitable for small sample quantities or small solvent volumes. Cependant, when large sample batches and large solvent volumes need to be concentrated simultaneously, these concentrators become inadequate. The concentration process is time-consuming and labor-intensive (requiring supervision to prevent drying out), and open nitrogen purge systems pose health risks to operators.
This device utilizes a unique concentration method that significantly increases the concentration rate. En outre, the device utilizes a built-in exhaust fan to direct the evaporation exhaust gas through an exhaust duct, allowing nitrogen purge concentrators, which previously required a fume hood, to be safely installed on a standard laboratory bench. It is not only easy to move, saving laboratory costs, but also reduces operator exposure to toxic and hazardous solvents. It is a laboratory sample pretreatment device.
caractéristiques du produit
1. The fully automatic nitrogen concentrator can simultaneously concentrate single or multiple samples, eliminating the need for manual oversight. The fully automatic nitrogen concentrator uses multiple optical sensors to monitor the concentration process of each sample. When evaporation and concentration reach a preset volume, the system automatically stops nitrogen purge in the corresponding channel and issues an alarm. The entire concentration process requires no manual oversight.
2. A unique airflow purge trajectory and buffer design accelerate solvent evaporation and concentration, preventing solvent splashing and loss.
3. Variable operating parameter settings, control, and real-time display: Key operating parameters, including nitrogen purge pressure, water bath temperature, and operating time, can be customized.
4. Stable and Constant Nitrogen Blowdown Pressure: The instrument features an automatic pressure regulator that automatically controls and maintains a constant airflow pressure, regardless of the sudden opening or closing of the working channel (sample) or the number of samples.
5. No Sample Contamination: All gas lines and related components utilize proven zero-contamination materials to prevent sample contamination from the instrument.
6. Easy and Safe Operation: Flexible operating parameter settings and convenient sample insertion and removal make it easy to learn and use. The fully enclosed design and built-in powerful exhaust system prevent the impact of water bath steam and volatile organic compounds on the instrument and operator.
