Brève introduction

The gauge is using Magnetic and Eddy thickness measurement.

It can measure the thickness of non-magnetic coating layers on magnetic substrate. Tel que: (aluminium, chrome, cuivre, enamel, caoutchouc, peinture) on magnetic substrate(steel, fer, alloy and magnetic stainless steel).

It can measure the thickness of non-metals coatings layers covered on non-magnetic metals substrate. Tel que: (enamel, caoutchouc, peinture, vanish, plastic anodic-oxide layer) covered on non- nagnetic metals substrate (aluminium, brass, zinc and nonmagnetic stainless steel).

The gauge have data storage, the USB interface, it can save 1173 measuring-records, each record contains the information of measuring-results and measuring-time, it’s very useful for you to control the quality of your products.

Measuring Materials

Magnetic Induction (Fe): Measuring the thickness of Non-magnetic coating on magnetic metal substrate, such as aluminum, chrome, cuivre, zinc, caoutchouc, painton the base of steel, fer, alloy and magnetic steel.

Eddy Current (NFe): Measuring the thickness of Non-conductive coating on non-magnetic metal substrate, comme le caoutchouc, Plastique, peinture, oxide on the base of aluminum, cuivre, zinc, étain.
