XDLN-100A/100B Programmable Condensation Test Chamber

Überblick:
A programmable condensation test chamber is a common condition and procedure for testing coated specimens in a constant or alternating condensed water environment to ensure reproducibility of test results between different laboratories. It can realize the test of CH\AHT\AT three test environments.
Simulate the limited condition of high humidity (100%RH) in a specific temperature environment and a specific artificial environment. Während des Tests, the performance of the tested model is tested by setting a limit condition beyond the normal natural environment.
The main test samples are based on the environmental performance indicators of its limited heat and humidity changes, wie zum Beispiel: Kfz -Teile, aviation equipment, equipment, Baustoffe, paint and coatings, coating and electroplating, electrical equipment, usw.
XDLN-100A/100B test box according to the provisions of standard GB/T 13893.2, by heating the water in the sink, the air temperature in the box is controlled within (40±3) ℃. The water in the tank and the air in the box are always in a circulating state, so that the temperature deviation and uniformity in the box are ≤±2.0℃. The experimental chamber can operate in a constant humidity condensing environment (CH) or in an alternating condensing environment (AHT, AT). For the convenience of experiments, three experiments have been built into the program, no need to set up.

Operation summary:
3.1 Installation Environment
The instrument should be installed in a clean environment where the ambient temperature is between 20 Und 30 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity ranges from 0 Zu 85%. The room should be ventilated and free of air pollution and dust. Do not install the instrument in the vicinity of a corrosive or toxic or corrosive test instrument.
3.2 Power Supply and power supply System Connection Requirements
Make sure that the voltage supplied to XDLN-100A is within the range of plus or minus 10% of the rated voltage, and the high instantaneous power of XDLN-100A is 2000W. If the high limit current of the external power supply is 16A, each XDLN-100A needs a wire. The 220V XDLN-100A uses a 16A circuit breaker (the circuit breaker is the part of the main power switch).
3.3 Water Supply Requirements
The test water of XDLN-100A is recommended to use three kinds of water that meet the requirements of the laboratory. The PH of the water is between 6.0 Und 8.0, the conductivity is less than 5us/cm, and the solid content is less than 1ppm.
