Product principle:

The principle of ultrasonic welding machine converts 220V and 60Hz electric energy into ultrasonic mechanical energy. The mechanical vibration is transmitted to the welding head through the piezoelectric ceramic transducer.Such mechanical vibration is transmitted to the workpiece through the amplitude-changing bar and the welding head, and the thermal energy generated is used to break its molecular structure, so that the workpiece surface is fused and welded, and its solid strength is comparable to that of the bulk plastics.It is mainly used for welding or riveting of plastics, welding of various kinds of cloth and forming of thermoplastic plastics.Ultrasonic drive power supply is a modular integrated circuit and patch circuit. It has strong output power and long safety life.The built-in automatic protection circuit ensures safe application and stable and reliable operation.
