1.Fast and uniform halogen lamp heater with innovative SRA technology

A straight halogen lamp and a specially designed SRA (secondary radiation assist device) radiator are used to shorten the measurement time and form a fast and uniform heater.

2.High accuracy

The use of SHS quick and sensitive characteristics of the weight sensor, so that very few samples in the high-precision weighing can be very accurate determination of moisture content.

3.Sodium tartrate dihydrate is used as the standard for measuring water content accuracy

Sodium tartrate dihydrate is a chemical substance with a stable moisture content of 15.66% 0.3/-0.1, so it is most reliable for precision inspection and provides reference value for the tester.

4.Heater temperature calibration (MS/MX only)

Optional temperature calibrator, calibration results can be output in the format of GLP, GMP, ايزو.

5.Standard winct-moisture software (MS/MX only) for real-time graphic display

Winct-moisture Moisture software is a Moisture content analysis software specially designed for graphic display, which can show the graph of Moisture content change during measurement and can set the measurement program of different samples by computer aided analysis according to the graph.

6.Measurement procedures, measurement results storage function

Users do not need to stop using when replacing the halogen lamp, and the small room with protection is easy to clean (the life of the halogen lamp is about 5000 ساعات).

12.Five measurement procedures

Standard mode: automates measurement by setting high, medium and low measurement accuracy.

Automatic mode: when the rate of moisture change is less than a set ratio, the measurement will be automatically ended.

Fast mode: in order to realize rapid determination to start the first 3 minutes with 200 ℃ heating, then according to the set to complete the measurement automatically.

Timing mode: the measurement is completed by setting the duration.

Manual mode: operate the measurement process by pressing the start and stop buttons.

13.Four drying procedures

Standard drying: directly raise the temperature to the set temperature after starting.

Asymptotic drying: gradually rising to the set temperature after a preset time.

Step drying: adopt different temperature according to time.

Quick drying: 200 ℃ rapid heating after 3 minutes based on continuous heating drying temperature setting.

Any combination of measurement procedure and drying procedure can fully meet the determination requirements of different samples.
