CHY-I-16 Constant Load Fatigue Tester
Inleiding
This tester can be used to test the high-temperature load intenerate temperature range of ceramics refractory and graphite material. Refractoiness under load means materials resistance in the acting force of high temperature and load at the the same time. It shows its softening temperature range of marked plastic deformation characterization. The device is in accordance with the YB / T 370 “Test method for refractoriness under coad of refractory products(non-differential with rising temperature) en GB/T5989 as well as ISO1893: 2008Test method for refractoriness under coad of refractory products(differential with rising temperature).

1. Heating temperature: maks 1650oC ;
the appropriate using temperature: 1600oC , temperature control accuracy: less than ± 2oC;
2. Verhitting koers :0-20oC / min; can be arbitrarily set;
3. Warming ways: manually or automatically rising temperature;
4. Deformation range (mm): 0 ~ 10, measurement error: ≤0.03 mm;
5. Sample size: high 50 ± 0.5 mm; deursnee 36 ± 0.15 mm ; or high 50 ± 0.5 mm; deursnee 50 ± 0.35 mm;
6.Average temperature area height ≥75 mm; temperature≤ 20oC;
7. Maximum Power: 3.5KW to 6KW;
8. Sample load pressure: 0.2Mpa, 0.1Mpa and so on;
9. Loading area (N): 100 ~ 1000, accurate to 1N;
10. Using open-type furnace makes replacement of upper & lower pressure bar is very convenient and the independent loading system enables high accurate loading precision;
11. Constant load fatigue test can be carried out on the sample.
12. Can connect computer to achieve automatic control, the English operation interface automatically print the test report.
