概述:
Overview of QCJ-II Paint film impact tester:
QCJ-II paint film impact tester is designed according to GB/T1732-93 standard. It uses a heavy hammer to impact the sample paint film from a specific height, and determines the impact resistance of the paint film by observing the damage of the paint film. The impact resistance of the paint film is expressed by the high height (cm value) that does not cause the damage of the paint film.

TCJ-II Elastic Impact tester Overview:
The elastic impact tester is used to test the resistance of the dry film of paints, varnishes or related products to cracking or stripping from the substrate when deformed by heavy hammer impact under standard conditions. This method tests the impact resistance of a coating based on the number of kilograms – 米 (英寸 – pounds) required for cracking or peeling caused by coating deformation. The test method conforms to ISO6272, ASTMD2794, NCCA II-10 (II-6, II-16), X-1, ECCA Meth.No.5, NFT30-039 and other standards. There are two test methods: pass/fail test (那是, test with a specified weight and drop height to see if the test results meet specific specifications) and sub-test (那是, by gradually increasing the weight height and/or mass to determine the small mass and drop height when the coating cracks or is stripped from the substrate).

The heavy impact tester has a wide range for impact resistance tests. Suitable for many types of coatings, 比如涂料, 清漆, waterborne wood coatings, high viscosity plastic coatings and laminated coatings. It can also be used in the quality management standards of impact resistance test and penetration test in construction, 例如: 塑料, 树脂, 玻璃钢, sheet, wood plywood, ETC. The test method conforms to ISO6272, ASTM D2794, D3029, D4226 and other standards of water-based wood coatings for chemical industry.
