This friction tester is mainly used for testing the lubrication performance of various lubricants, especially for evaluating the anti-scratch performance of medium and high-speed automotive gear oils; it can also be used to evaluate the wear performance of metal and non-metallic materials.
The machine has a frame structure, and the motor loading is controlled by a closed-loop system. Each test parameter is set in a unitized manner, which is easy to operate, and the test readings are accurate and reliable. The computer can conveniently control each parameter, and can display the relationship curve between each parameter and time in real time, and record, save and print the test curve.
