我. Scope of Application:

1.1 Applicable to the tipping impact test of various fire extinguisher cylinders.
1.2 Mount the fire extinguisher cylinder on a workbench and secure it with a clamp and steel pad. Slowly apply a horizontal force F to the cylinder container, causing it to tip without any resistance, and the cylinder valve to impact the mild steel rod. Fire extinguisher cylinder parts must not become loose, fall off, or be damaged. 测试后, the fire extinguisher cylinder assembly is tested for airtightness. Both the automatic and manually activated container valves should open normally.

III. Technical Requirements:

3.2 Mild Steel Rod: 50mm diameter, 350mm length;
3.3 Rigid Pad: Made of steel columns, raised at a 10° angle. 3.4 Angle Ruler: Before testing, measure the tilted bottle assembly to a 10° angle (calibration angle).
