The high-pressure water pulse pressure tester is primarily used for pulse pressure testing of products such as pipes, radiators, water-cooled plates, cooling components, gas cylinders, 阀门, and pressure vessels. It operates at a test pressure of 0-80 MPa and is computer-controlled. Equipped with a data acquisition and processing system, it collects and stores pressure waveform data in real time. It can be configured with either pure water or a water-glycol mixture. It is suitable for fatigue testing of products.

Advantages and Features

1. The medium circuit utilizes high-quality SUS304 stainless steel piping; the test sample interface requires 7116 stainless steel adapters, ensuring convenient and reliable installation.
2. The overall noise level of the equipment must not exceed 70 分贝(A) (tested with a handheld sound meter at a distance of 1 meter from the equipment). Pipes and circuits must be clearly labeled and accompanied by drawings. Pressure gauges and other instruments must provide third-party calibration certificates.

4. Data Acquisition and Processing System:

Real-time pressure-over-time curves can be displayed and printed, with the mouse allowing for zooming in and out of curves and data tracking. Data storage and output features a database function, allowing for recording and review of historical measurement data. Reports can be automatically generated and printed, with real-time operation data or graph printing.
(D) The measurement and control software features an excellent communication and human-computer interface, enabling graphical and dynamic display of system operation. It also displays various measurement and control parameters, including pressure-time curves, in both tabular and graphical form. Measurement and control settings for measuring instruments and control components can be configured.
(乙) Leak detection and feedback control functions are available for each product, enabling timely detection of product failures.
