The universal abrasion tester (Stoll Quartermaster) can test the abrasion performance and resistance of various fabrics, including clothing, footwear, and industrial textiles. This instrument is equipped with a flat abrasion test head (air-insulated film abrasion test method) and a curved abrasion test head, as well as the necessary weights and sandpaper. It features a built-in timer and mechanical cycle counter.

This universal abrasion testing machine performs abrasion tests on flat surfaces, 曲面, edges, folded edges, and resistance to frosting, edge sealing, and napping. The test sample can be dry or immersed in water, 油, or other liquids.
Product Details:
This instrument mainly consists of a control system and a friction system. Install the sample on the clamp and tighten it. Lower the upper clamp containing the abrasive paper, adjust the position of the weights to bring the abrasive paper into contact with the sample surface, set the number of abrasion cycles through the control system, and start the instrument. The lower clamp base moves back and forth, causing the sample and sandpaper to rub against each other. The instrument stops when the set number of movements is reached, and the sample is removed to observe its wear level. This instrument is suitable for testing the wear performance and abrasion resistance of various fabrics, including clothing, footwear, and industrial textiles.
