(6) Use method of nozzle spray test device:

1, the first step, choose the test level IPX5 or IPX6,
2, the second step, take the corresponding spray gun (do not aim at the sample), start the automatic test, test the water, and the adjustment valve of the flow meter to adjust the flow to meet the standard requirements. And turn the speed of the table to reach the speed required by the standard, and then press the “自动停止” button to stop the water.
3, the third step, put the sample on the turntable, and tie it with a rope, push the turntable to about 2.5-3 meters away from the gun spray. And brake the caster under the turntable. 4, the fourth step, set the test time on the time relay (the general standard requires that the test time is 3 分钟)
5, the fifth step, take the corresponding spray gun, aim at the sample, press the “automatic start” switch to start the test, and swing the spray gun up and down, so that the water is sprayed into the shell of the sample.
6, the sixth step, the test time to automatically stop the water, put the spray gun back to the spray barrel, turn off the power, the test is completed.
