The nitrogen closed-circuit spray dryer is designed for spray drying organic solvents and hazardous materials. For materials with high organic solvent concentrations, flammable or explosive materials, or materials prone to oxidation, the machine replaces the air in the drying atomization system with nitrogen. The nitrogen passes through a filter and multi-stage condenser before circulating in a closed loop, ensuring safety during the experiment and preventing sample oxidation, allowing for complete drying and collection.
