KGXZ-B cable frequency conversion series resonance test device adopts the mode of adjusting the frequency of the power supply to achieve resonance between the reactor and the tested capacitor, and obtains high voltage and high current on the tested product. It is a new method and trend of high voltage test at present, and has been widely used at home and abroad.
KGXZ-B cable frequency conversion series resonance test device is composed of frequency and voltage regulation power supply, excitation transformer, reactor and capacitance divider.
The number of cables of 35kV and below voltage levels is large, and the test workload is large, so this type of voltage test device should be small in size and light in weight. In this system, the weight of the parts that can be moved by a single person on site does not exceed 30kg, and the weight of the parts that can be moved by two people on site does not exceed 60kg, which is suitable for on-site handling; The power supply adopts 220V single-phase power supply or 380V single-phase power supply, which is convenient for on-site power collection. The reactor part adopts dry epoxy casting, beautiful and reliable, suitable for all kinds of cable requirements. Some configurations can also meet the AC voltage withstand test of 110kV cable.
