The equipment uses switching power supply to form a high voltage constant current source, uses high sensitivity amplifier and galvanometer to indicate balance, and forms a balance bridge with proportional potentiometer, and the whole is placed at high potential. The test wire is a specially designed double-core high-voltage rubber cable. The four-end resistance measurement method is adopted to avoid the error introduced by the lead resistance. The operating button on the panel is at the ground potential and the bridge is operated through the insulated rod.
