TÔI. Scope of Application:

1.1 Applicable to the tipping impact test of various fire extinguisher cylinders.
1.2 Mount the fire extinguisher cylinder on a workbench and secure it with a clamp and steel pad. Slowly apply a horizontal force F to the cylinder container, causing it to tip without any resistance, and the cylinder valve to impact the mild steel rod. Fire extinguisher cylinder parts must not become loose, fall off, or be damaged. After the test, the fire extinguisher cylinder assembly is tested for airtightness. Both the automatic and manually activated container valves should open normally.

II. Tiêu chuẩn:

2.1 Complies with Section 6.14 of GB25972-2010, “Gas Fire Extinguishing Systems and Components,” regarding the cylinder assembly tipping impact test.
2.2 Complies with Section 6.14 of GB16669-2010, “General Technical Requirements for Carbon Dioxide Fire Extinguishing Systems and Components.”

III. Technical Requirements:

3.1 Machine Dimensions: L2300mm*W700mm*H1400mm;
3.2 Mild Steel Rod: 50đường kính mm, 350mm length;
3.3 Rigid Pad: Made of steel columns, raised at a 10° angle. 3.4 Angle Ruler: Before testing, measure the tilted bottle assembly to a 10° angle (calibration angle).
3.5 Applicable Bottle Assembly: Maximum Diameter: 350mm, Maximum Height: 1500mm, Minimum Diameter: 80mm, Minimum Height: 320mm.
