The oil drilling inclinometer hydraulic pressure test system is used to test the external pressure of the inclinometer. By establishing an external simulation chamber, the pressure environment of the product under test is simulated externally. The computer-controlled equipment is equipped with a test chamber capable of simulating ultra-high pressure tests up to 200 MPa. Equipped with a sealing and clamping fixture system, it can perform shell tests on various sizes of downhole inclinometers, downhole tools, deep-well signal generators, and other deep-well instrument products.

II. Equipment Features

1) The downhole inclinometer hydraulic pressure test system can perform high- and low-pressure tests: it can be used for high- and low-pressure tests ≥5 MPa and ≤200 MPa.
2) The pipelines between the pump and the pressure chamber are threaded and replaceable.
3) Safe operation of the control system: The control system and the pressure system are separated, and the control system is not pressurized. 4) Exhaust Indicator: During the exhaust process of the pressure chamber before product pressurization, the equipment can directly indicate whether exhaust is complete. If exhaust is incomplete or incomplete, the device will lock, preventing the next step and alerting the test operator.
5) The medium (cutting fluid or other non-corrosive and easy-to-clean medium) can be recycled. Any overflowing medium must automatically return to the “water tank.”
6) Control System Function: After the pressurization equipment is started, the control system operates during the pump operation phase (including exhaust, pressure increase, pressure holding, and pressure relief). It can automatically exhaust, step pressure increase, and step pressure holding. It can automatically hold pressure at the test step pressure, provide an alarm when the pressure holding is completed, and automatically record the pressure curve during the entire process.
7) The equipment can perform both automatic and manual hydraulic pressure testing, and can switch between automatic and manual modes.
