It is used for impact test of coating to evaluate the properties of cracking or resistance to separation from substrate when the coating is subjected to the shock of drop hammer.

QCJ Impactor

QCJ paint film impact tester is designed according to GB/ t1732-93 standard. It USES the hammer to fall from a specific height to impact the paint film of the sample. The impact resistance of the paint film is determined by observing the damage of the film.The impact resistance of paint film is expressed by the maximum height (cmt) that does not cause the film damage.
