How to use:
It is used to produce a film with a continuous change in thickness and then dry it under specified conditions, reading a small thickness value of the cracking location after drying to assess the crack thickness of the paint. There are two types of instrument: there is a chute with depth scale in the middle of the test plate, and the sample coating is scraped into the chute with a scraper and the excess material is scraped off the surface of the plate, and the drying evaluation can be carried out. The sample coating is applied to the substrate test plate with a bevel edge with depth scale by scraping and then drying evaluation is performed.

Precautions:
(1) The bottom plate, scraper and the working surface of the preparator should not be damaged.
(2) Wash and apply anti-rust agent in time after use.
