DRL-III thermal conductivity instrument is designed and manufactured according to ASTM D5470-2017 standard. Servo motor is used to control precise automatic pressure, automatic thickness measuring device, and connected with computer to achieve full automatic control. The instrument adopts 6-point temperature gradient detection, which improves the testing precision. The thermal resistance curve can be measured at different pressures, and the thermal conductivity, thermal resistance and contact thermal resistance at the interface can be measured by using the optimized mathematical model.
