Disperzijska rezila
Disperzijska rezila are mainly applied to pulverize, grind, and stir liquid, emulsion or solid-liquid material as below industrial fields: premazovanje, barve, črnilo, pigment, dye, adhesive, daily chemicals, food and medicine. Dispersion blade are daily consumptive parts for dispersing machine, grinder, pulverizing mill, stirring machine, emulsifying machine, itd.

Načelo
Installed on the shaft of high-speed dispersing machine, dispersion blade are the daily consumptive parts. The sample around the dispersion blade would be rotated and a turbulent region would be generated in the region of 2.5 mm to 5 mm from inner barrel wall during the dispersing processes. The up and down teeth would cut, crush, pulverize and disperse the coating, barve, powder and solid-liquid material so as to get a mixture, dissolution, dispersion and refinement status of the material quickly.
