Введение

Этот тестер теплопроводности измеряет теплопроводность, температуропроводность, and hot-melt of different materials by using heat flow method. См. стандарт MIL-I-49456A. Стандарты испытаний теплопередачи тонкой твердой электроизоляции на теплопроводность, ASTMD5470-06, ISO12987-2000 YS/T63.3-2006, for testing the thermal conductivity of metal, composite material, carbon materials, graphite sheet, thermal silicone grease etc.

The instrument consists of the upper probe and its power adjustment system, the lower probe and its constant temperature system, the sample hot and cold surface test system, и т. д..

Основные технические параметры:

1, Размер образца: диаметр 50, thickness 0-50mm

2, Thermal conductivity range: 2.0–200W/m.K, повторяемость: ≤5%, воспроизводимость: ≤5%.

3, Upper probe: built-in heater, with Pt100 platinum resistance thermometer control its temperature at 60±0.1℃

4, Measuring head temperature control accuracy: ±0,1℃;

5, Upper probe display accuracy: ±0.01℃;

6, Lower probe accuracy: 0.001мВ, using thermo heap method, the data is more accurate than a single sensor, more stable, more in line with the measurement of heterogeneous materials;

8, Temperature measurement system: using differential thermo heap or Pt100 platinum resistance thermometer measurement sample cold and hot surface temperature difference, accurate to ±0.1.
