2. Measurement principle.
The decomposition products were measured by electrochemical sensor principle. Electrochemical sensors work by reacting with the gas being measured and producing an electrical signal that is proportional to the concentration of the gas. According to this principle, the decomposition product sensor adopts the imported SF6 special sensor.

Humidity measurement adopts the resistive capacitance method, which uses the principle that the electrical parameters of hygroscopic substances change with humidity to measure humidity. Based on this principle, the humidity sensor uses Vaisala DRYCAP® sensors. The humidity sensor has been used for industrial humidity measurement for nearly 60 годы.
