Содержание: This standard replaces GB/T5009.48-2003 “Analytical Methods for Hygienic Standards of Distilled and Blended Spirits,” GB/T394.2-2008 “General Methods for Analysis of Alcohol,” GB/T4928-2008 “Analytical Methods for Beer,” GB/T15038-2006 “General Methods for Analysis of Wine and Fruit Wine,” GB/T10345-2007 “Analytical Methods for Liquor,” GB/T13662-2008 “Yellow Wine,” GB/T11856-2008 “Brandy,” GB/T11857-2008 “Whiskey,” and GB/T11858-2008 ” Vodka (Edeka)” contains nine national standards related to the determination of alcohol content.

Compared to GB/T5009.48-2003, this standard features the following major changes:
—The standard title has been changed to “National Food Safety Standard – Determination of Ethanol Concentration in Liquor”;
—The scope of the standard has been revised;
—The density bottle method, gas chromatography method, and digital density meter method have been added.

▲ Heating System: Utilizes a far-infrared ceramic heater, offering low power consumption, high heating efficiency, and stable temperature rise;
▲ Cooling System: The main unit features a built-in compressor cooling water circulation system, which keeps the cooling water temperature below 15°C, is low-noise, and eliminates the need for external tap water or a cooling water circulation system;
▲ Endpoint Receiving: A custom-made 500ml large tray allows for ice storage of distillate samples;
▲ Overdose Protection: At the end of distillation, a built-in endpoint self-locking system activates, closing the distillate outlet to prevent overdistillation and experimental failure.
