TCY Ceramic Brick Impact Tester
1. Prezentare generală:
TCY type ceramic tile impact resistance tester, is to drop a steel ball from a fixed height on the sample and determine its rebound height, so as to determine the recovery coefficient, by measuring the recovery coefficient to determine the impact resistance of various bricks, meet the national standard GB/T3010.5-2016 and ISO10545-5: 1996 “Ceramic tiles – Determining the impact resistance of bricks by measuring the recovery coefficient” conditions.
2. Technical conditions
1, falling fixed height: 1m
2, steel ball size: diameter of (19±0.05) ㎜ chromium steel ball
3, time measurement accuracy: accurate to millisecond level
3.equipment structure:
The instrument consists of a steel base fitted with horizontal adjusting knobs and a vertical steel frame suspended with electromagnets, a conduit and a support for test components.
The test unit is firmly fixed in a central position so that the falling steel ball hits the surface of the horizontal tile. The distance between the bottom of the catheter and the lower end should be less than 9㎜.
Electronic timer, using a sensor to determine the time of the first and second impact of the steel ball falling on the sample, from the timer to directly read its time interval T.
Configurație: including one TCY test instrument, one test stand and two drop balls
