KG-500A automatic capacitance current tester, directly from the secondary side of the PT to measure the capacitance current of the distribution network, compared with the traditional test method, the instrument does not need to deal with the primary side, so there is no risk of testing, no need to do complicated safety measures and wait for lengthy scheduling commands. The capacitance current can be measured simply by connecting the measuring wire to the open triangle end of the PT.
Since the injection from the PT opening triangle is a weak cross-frequency test signal, it will not have any impact on the relay protection and PT itself, and avoid the 50Hz power frequency interference signal, and the output end of the tester can withstand 100V AC voltage, if there is a single-phase ground fault in the measurement system, it will not damage PT and the tester.
