JTX-Ⅳ / V Washer-resistant Instrument

Type JTX-IV (brush resistance and stain resistance) is based on GB/T 9266 “Determination of architectural coating resistance to brush” standard and GB/T 9755 “Synthetic resin emulsion exterior wall coating” standard Appendix C on the requirements of brush test and GB/T 9780 “Architectural coating stain resistance test Method” standard on the requirements of the stain resistance test design, manufacturing, used to evaluate the coating brush resistance and stain resistance, can also be used to evaluate the film composite treatment of the surface (ca: vopsea, placare, floor, cover layer, wood density, etc.) performance. The device carries out washing test on the paint coated on the standard test board, and the washing frequency can be controlled and read by the touch screen. The scrubbing resistance of the coating is evaluated according to the number of scrubbing resistance, and the stain resistance of the coating is evaluated according to the comparison before and after scrubbing.
