Introducerea Produsului:
The automobile condenser pressure pulse test bench is primarily used for hydraulic pulse testing. As the primary instrument for assessing the fatigue life of radiators, automotive heat exchangers, condensers, piping, and pressure vessels under pulse pressure, this test bench plays a vital role in ensuring their quality and improving their reliability.
By simulating different pressure pulse waveforms, it accurately simulates the various pressure variations that an automobile condenser may encounter in actual operating environments. This simulation process helps identify potential condenser problems under long-term, high-intensity operating conditions, enabling early improvements during production to enhance product quality and reliability.
Standarde:
1. UL1995 “US Room Air Conditioner Safety Standard”
2. DIN EN 60335-2-40 “Household and Similar Electrical Appliances. Siguranţă. Part 2-40”
3. GB/T7939-2008/ISO6605:2002 “Hydraulic Hose Assemblies – Test Methods”
4. GB1103-84 “Hydraulic Component Pulse Test Methods”
Parametrii:
1. Test medium: Ulei;
2. Supported sample volume: 0-40L (for volumes above 10L, the alternating frequency is reduced to 0.5Hz);
3. Alternating pressure range: Low pressure adjustable from 0-2MPa, high pressure adjustable from 3-6MPa;
4. Holding pressure range: Adjustable from 0-20MPa;
5. Pressure control accuracy: ±0.25%FS; Precizia măsurătorilor: ±0.25%FS;
6. Pulse frequency: Adjustable from 0.5-1Hz; Holding time: Adjustable from 0-5min;
7. Pulse pressure waveform: Sine, square, and trapezoidal waves are selectable and configurable.
Funcții:
1. Automatically vents sample air at the start of the test;
2. The test chamber is funnel-shaped, allowing leaked media to be automatically recovered after the test piece is removed;
3. After the test specimen fails, the pressure drops rapidly, preventing continuous high-pressure liquid spray, ensuring operator safety. The system also features an automatic shutdown protection function in the event of specimen damage. If a leak or excessive pressure occurs during the test, the system automatically shuts down and displays the cause of the fault. If a leak occurs, the system automatically depressurizes, allowing manual pressure increase to locate the leak.
4. The equipment tooling features easy-to-install interfaces, allowing quick connection to the test specimen using auxiliary tooling (references are available).
5. During the test, the system pressure can be adjusted, the number of tests can be set, and the number of impacts is automatically recorded at the start of the test.
6. The test specimen can be observed from outside during the test. The observation window is equipped with a protective device, and an optional industrial camera can be installed to monitor the test chamber.
7. Test parameters can be customized within the interface. Once entered for the same test specimen, they are stored and can be directly recalled for subsequent tests without re-entry.
8. The number of test cycles can be freely set, with the test automatically stopping when the required number is reached.
9. After the test is completed, a test report can be automatically generated, and test parameters such as medium temperature, pulse number, pulse pressure and pressure waveform can be printed out. The number of pulses, completed pulses, and remaining pulses are displayed in real time. The test pressure-time curve can be displayed on the screen and can be printed or stored in the memory. The industrial computer is controlled, and the memory has a USB interface, which can output the stored data in Excel document format.
