Principiu
The annular halogen lamp ensures uniform sample heating, easy operation and accurate measurement. While measuring the weight of the sample, the instrument uses a ring tube halogen heating method to quickly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture meter continuously measures and immediately displays the lost moisture content of the sample %. After the drying procedure is completed, the final moisture content value is locked and displayed. Compared with the international oven heating method, halogen heating can dry the sample evenly and quickly at high temperature, and the sample surface is not easily damaged. The test results are in good consistency with the national standard oven method, and the detection efficiency is much higher than that of the oven method. Intelligent operation, the general sample only a few minutes to complete the determination. The instrument is simple to operate, the test is accurate, the display part uses the LCD screen – make the screen more clear and bright, the value is clearly visible, respectiv, can display the moisture value, sample initial value, final value, determination time, temperature initial value, final value and other data, and has the function of connecting with the computer and printer, in line with the GLP specification of the print data output.

● Five measurement programs
Standard mode: Automatic measurement by setting high, medium and low measurement accuracy.
Automatic mode: When the water content change rate is less than a set ratio, the measurement is automatically terminated.
Fast mode: In order to achieve rapid determination, the first 3 minutes after starting is heated at 180 °C, and then the determination is completed according to the automatic setting.
Timing mode: The measurement is done by setting the duration.
Manual mode: The measurement process is operated by pressing the start and stop keys.
● Three drying procedures
Standard drying: Heating directly to set temperature after starting.
Soft and dry: Gradually heat up to the set temperature after a preset time.
Rapid drying: rapid heating at 180℃ for 3 minutes according to the set drying temperature.
Test steps:
