eu. Scope of Application:

Fire Extinguisher Vibration Tester is applicable to vibration and impact testing of portable fire extinguishers weighing 1-12 kg.

II. Standarde:

Designed in accordance with the requirements of “7.1.4 Spray Performance Test of Dry Powder Fire Extinguishers after Vibration and Impact” in the national standard GB4351.1-2005, “Portable Fire Extinguishers – Parte 1, Structure and Performance.”

III.Main Features:

1. The entire unit consists of a test bench, pulley, wire rope, cylinder, solenoid valve, specimen fixture, test cup, and electrical control system.
2. Adjustable drop height: The wire rope is secured to the specimen fixture and connected to the cylinder via a pulley. Adjusting the length of the wire rope adjusts the drop height.
3. Reasonable Design and Simple Operation: Pneumatic components and a solenoid valve control the cylinder to pull the wire rope, thereby raising the fire extinguisher. During the drop, the cylinder quickly extends, and once the wire rope becomes loose, the drop is complete.
4. Adjustable vibration frequency: Utilizing imported pneumatic components, the cylinder reciprocates to perform vibration performance testing; the system allows for adjustable vibration frequency and frequency.
