Cupa pentru vâscozitate Zahn
Introducere
Zahn cup, also known as Chai’s cup, is designed according to ASTM D4212 for measuring the viscosity of Newtonian or nearly Newtonian liquids. It can be used anywhere in the workshop, factory or laboratory to quickly check and adjust the viscosity of many different fluids. The operator should choose the appropriate cup size before use in order to control the outflow time between 20 și 80 secunde. The viscosity cup is widely used in ink and printing industry

Every Chain cup we manufacture is rigorously calibrated before delivery with Newton standard oil traceback to NIST oil. Each cup is labeled with the corresponding calibration coefficient “K”.

caracteristicile produsului
High precision computer machining Mirror polishing and smooth surface treatment obtain high outflow accuracy and easy maintenance Simple and durable Measuring range :20-1800 centistocks Stainless steel cup with round head * Precision drilling nozzle
Each cup has a 12-inch ring-shaped handle that you hold with your hand to dip the cup into the liquid container. There is a ring-like ring in the center of the handle to keep the dip cup in a vertical position during use. The results obtained for a particular dip cup are expressed in “Chain seconds” at a specified temperature. To convert “Chain seconds” to Centistock, refer to the following formula (ASTM D 4212).

V=k (t-c ) V-kinematic viscosity, cst; T-outflow time, s; k, c -corresponding constants Note: Centistock x specific gravity = centipoise
